RETURN TO WORK'S STRESS, HOW TO RECOGNIZE IT AND DEAL WITH IT

Dr. Linda Togni, Naturopath

How many times have you felt anxious, exhausted and anguished when you returned from holidays?

This condition after long periods of relaxation is called reentry stress syndrome .

How to recognize the signs of stress?

  • tiredness
  • mild depression
  • insomnia
  • anxiety
  • hyper-worry
  • unease
  • tachycardia
  • excessive sweating
  • irritability
  • impatience
  • nervous hunger

What can we do?

Definitely there prevention it's the winning weapon! Adopt various precautions regarding lifestyle, nutrition, sport and integration.

  • Return gradually from holidays, at least a couple of days before the start of work. In this way our body and our mind will have the right time necessary to get used to the daily routine again.

  • Write a list of the primary and necessary things to do when you return, so as not to feel

  • Overwhelmed by a thousand things to do. By doing so we will leave in the background what is not really urgent.

  • Write down what you would like to change or let go of the old routine, to try to have a better quality of life.

  • Carve out valuable time for yourself. Remember (set a reminder alarm if you want) to stop for at least 15 minutes a day and simply listen to your breathing and ask yourself how you are! This gesture is important as if it were a work commitment and is salvific.

  • Treat yourself to some beauty pampering to relax and unwind. For example, after cleansing, in the morning and in the evening, use your fingertips to perform a circular massage in the eye contour area with Oro Rosa. This cream is great for soothing and preventing dark circles and crow's feet. It has anti-aging and regenerating properties, which make the skin compact, with a silky touch, giving a luminous look. Further pampering can be given by the serum Perla Blu which derives from a combo of vegetable oils, essential oils and vitamins A, C and E at a very high concentration. It helps to attenuate the signs of aging already present and prevents the aging of skin that is not yet marked. It has a restructuring, emollient, nourishing and smoothing antioxidant action.

  • Do sport, if you can, even on holiday, to keep the oxygenation of your body and mind active. For the legs you can apply the cream with circular movements SE' which stimulates circulation and gives relief to swollen legs (it is a panacea especially to combat the heat). A real pampering for the body, also ideal for hydrating the skin.

  • Try a natural supplement that helps you adapt better in the transition from holidays to work. In particular, I recommend the food supplement Perfor Max That It has stimulating tonic properties and promotes physiological recovery in case of psychophysical stress, thanks to the presence of vitamins and adaptogenic tonic plants such as Eleutherococcus, Spirulina and essential oils such as Lemon and Mint. The advice is to take it one week before returning and continue it for at least 21 days, in combination with all the other advice mentioned above.

  • Last, but not least! In the morning, 5 minutes before starting your daily routine, treat yourself to a holistic olfactory ritual to connect with love and kindness to your body. Use Raphael 417 Emotional Oil of the olfactory line spaziotempo. This emotional oil will help you make a change, have more self-esteem and have strength in making decisions. Inside we find 7 pure essences of essential oils: Lemon, Roman Chamomile, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Basil, Juniper and Patchouly . Apply in the morning, a drop on the heart and inside each wrist.

With these small but precious tips you will see that you will be able to better manage stress and turn it in your favor!
