SHIPPING

Shipping throughout Italy via GLS courier.

The products are delivered to the address specified by the user in the "Home Shipping" order form within the times specified in the table below:

For main locations this includes provincial capitals and large population centres; For secondary localities , small-medium sized municipalities; For disadvantaged locations very small towns, mountain locations and remote ones.

The delivery times indicated start from the working day following the order's dispatch.

Home delivery means street level. Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, from 9:00 to 18:00, excluding national holidays.

Shipping costs to Italy for B2C customers:

• for purchases over 60.00 euros no shipping costs
• for purchases under 60.00 euros you pay 4.50 euros in shipping costs

PAYMENTS

At the end of the purchase procedure, the following payment methods will be allowed:

• PayPal
• Credit cards that will pass through the Paypal circuit

 

BeC srl will never become aware of the information relating to the Customer's credit card.

The payment procedure by credit card takes place using a secure connection, in which the Customer must indicate the data requested by the Site such as, by way of example: the type of credit card, the number and expiry date of the credit card and any additional data or security codes requested by the person managing the transaction: MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and American Express.

The indication of a telephone number where the Customer can be contacted is always required.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased product, by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication of withdrawal with the following methods:

By registered letter with return receipt to the following address: BeC Srl – Via Monteverdi, 47/49/51 – 47122 Forlì (FC).

If the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in the previous point, he/she must return the product no later than the fifteenth day following receipt, by direct redelivery and shipping by forwarding the product to BeC Srl c/o the office indicated above.

All costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer. The integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, therefore it will not be possible to return goods if the package is opened, even partially, if the seals are altered or if the original packaging is missing.

The shipment, until the goods are received at the BeC headquarters, is under the complete responsibility of the customer, also for the eventuality of loss of the same.

If all the conditions and obligations of the consumer set out in the previous points have been respected, the Supplier will send an email confirming acceptance of the return. Furthermore, the Supplier will reimburse the sales price according to the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, net of shipping costs incurred, deducting any costs relating to the return incurred by the Supplier.

In the event that, upon request of the Customer, the BeC srl company authorizes the reimbursement of the sales price by bank transfer (unauthorized payment method for the purchase of products), the Supplier will have the right to withhold any bank costs relating to this operation.
