BLISTERS & BUBBLES

A blister is a small inflamed bubble on the skin filled with fluid. Foot blisters can be very annoying: they swell, burn, and hurt. They often form due to unsuitable footwear. Feet squeezed into shoes that are too tight or too loose sweat more and experience increased friction, leading to blisters. Other causes include eczema, athlete’s foot, burns, sunburn, and reactions to medication.
