Valerian, Passionflower, Linden and Hawthorn, plants known for their sedative properties, help fight anxiety, nervous tension and states of agitation; Griffonia simplicifolia enriches the diet with a precursor of serotonin, a hormone involved in numerous functions, including the regulation of sleep, mood and memory; Escolzia and Melissa are effective in gastritis due to the somatization of problems of nervous origin; The action is completed by St. John's Wort, with its known activity against anxiety and mild depression, and Hops, which acts as a sedative of the central nervous system, especially by improving sleep conditions. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12, together with the entire B group, contribute to maintaining general and cerebral balance in particular; this support is completed by vitamins E and C, by trace elements, such as copper, zinc and selenium and by Ginkgo biloba, which have a protective action on cerebral blood circulation, also maintaining a state of psycho-physical wellbeing of the entire organism.

INDICATIONS: Take 2 capsules of the supplement, to complete your daily diet, in the morning to maintain mood and relaxation, helping to counteract states of anxiety. According to specific needs, another two capsules can be taken as needed during the day. If the intake is aimed at improving sleep, we recommend taking 2 capsules one hour before sleeping.
