Customer: the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to professional activity, as defined in the conditions.
ART. 2 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The Supplier offers an e-commerce virtual store for the purchase of cosmetics and supplements.
ART. 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
Contracts are concluded online on www.bec-natura.com. Conditions must be accepted before ordering.
ART. 4 – CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded with the Supplier's sending of the order confirmation via email.
ART. 5 – PRICES AND WARRANTY
Prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. Valid at the time of order.
ART. 6 – PAYMENT

ART. 7 – PURCHASE ORDERS
Each order has an identification number and a detailed summary.
ART. 8 – DELIVERY
Shipments to Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione). Costs: €4.50, free over €60.

ART. 9 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is required to provide real data and keep a copy.

The Customer can return products within 14 days, if intact.
ART. 12 – ORDER CANCELLATION
An order can only be cancelled before payment is received and preparation begins.
ART. 13 – CONFORMITY WARRANTY
Defects must be reported within 8 days with photos via email.
ART. 14 – CUSTOMER WARRANTIES
The Customer guarantees the veracity of the entered data.
ART. 15 – TERMINATION CLAUSE
Failure to comply with contractual obligations leads to termination of the contract.
ART. 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Supplier is not liable for force majeure or external malfunctions.
ART. 17 – COMMUNICATIONS
Communications take place via email or Web platform.
ART. 18 – COMMUNICATION COSTS
The costs of the provider used by the Customer apply.

ART. 21 – JURISDICTION
Disputes are governed by Italian law. Competent court: Forlì or the Customer's residence if a Consumer.
