HOW IT WORKS: Supplement created to protect the activity of the nervous system, promoting mental well-being and stabilizing mood, without compromising cognitive functions. This result was achieved through the wise and measured combination of various plants and substances with physiological effects, including in particular Theanine, an amino acid present in Tea, with calming and mood-stabilising properties, which together with Ginkgo biloba, supports the cognitive activities. The relaxing and mood-stabilising action is carried out by Griffonia simplicifolia, a plant rich in the precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in sleep and in the mechanisms of hunger and good mood, and by Passiflora, known for its relaxing and anti-anxiety properties. The action is completed by the essential oil of Lavender, Lemon Balm and St. John's wort, which relax in case of stress and maintain mental well-being. Vitamins B1, B6, B5, B12, combined with Magnesium, are extremely important for the correct functioning and balance of the central nervous system.

INDICATIONS: Take 2 capsules of the supplement, to complete your daily diet, in the morning. According to specific needs, it is recommended to take another 2 capsules, to improve mood and mental well-being.
